Barcelona, April 10, 2025 – Rockfield continues to reinforce its presence in Spain with the appointment of Olaf Rigola as Development Manager. Olaf joins from CA Ventures, bringing a solid track record in real estate development and a deep understanding of the Spanish market.
This strategic hire follows the appointments of Covadonga Sanz as Head of Asset Management and Josep Franch Bellmunt as Investment and Development Director, further consolidating Rockfield’s local team with high-level professionals across all core business areas.
With over a decade of experience leading development projects across student housing, residential, and mixed-use assets, Olaf Rigola will be responsible for driving forward Rockfield’s development pipeline and ensuring project excellence from inception to delivery. Reporting directly to the Investment and Development Director his expertise will be instrumental in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans in the South of Europe.
