Membership in NEPROM is open to developers who professionally fulfill the client role in the development and realization of real estate projects, who are of impeccable conduct, and who actively adhere to the NEPROM code of conduct.
About NEPROM
NEPROM (Association of Dutch Project Development Companies) is the association of professional project developers. The main goal of NEPROM is to promote collaboration between the government and developers in the realization of real estate projects. NEPROM was founded in 1974. Why Rockfield Real Estate
Rockfield Real Estate is a relatively young real estate investor and developer, specializing in housing projects for its own investment funds (with institutional investors) and third-party funds. Our projects often include a significant portion of social and mid-market rental housing. Rockfield has developed several of its own community concepts, which contribute to high ESG scores for its projects. Currently, Rockfield manages three funds with approximately 3,500 apartments in the G5 cities, with potential growth to 5,000 apartments.
