Eindhoven 23 March 2021 – Registration has been open for The Cohesion Lux for a few days now. A total of 200 studios, apartments and friends apartments will be rented out. Lux was designed by KENK Architects and developed by SDK Vastgoed in collaboration with Rockfield Real Estate. Completion is expected to take place next summer.
Within the co-living complex are 87 friends apartments with two, three or four bedrooms. So you have your own bedrooms and, in some cases, your own bathroom. These apartments are ideal for sharing with friends. This way, you experience the benefits of living together, such as sharing costs, but also have your own bedroom.
